ECD continues with trainings in three locations at the same time

With the growth of interested, ECD organized trainings in three different locations.

With Prizren University students, who had different study profiles and with special experiences on employment, was one of the trainings that was organized at the Faculty of Law facility.

Besmire Kabashi: "I am Besmire Kabashi, born in Randobravë. I had the opportunity of seasonal employment in Germany, respectively in the city of Duesseldorf - Herongen. There I worked in a German firm "Carl Kühne" for two months. The work was very flexible for me, the environment, the cleanliness, and the rules made my dearest and most enjoyable experience. Today during the training I gained additional knowledge of CV formulation as well as all other steps related to career advancement.

"The next training on career development was with communities; Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities. The training provided participants with up-to-date information on the job market, facilitating the integration process in the market.

Also, in cooperation with the Competence Center-Prizren, was organized training on career development. Participants in this training were pupils of this school and expressed a lot of interest in human resource related issues as some of them are continuing education in these departments.

ECD staff is very grateful to the attendees for the vigilence shown during the training sessions.
