ECD organized training with a Turkish NGO ???ILKEM??? in Prizren

In cooperation with NGO ILKEM , ECD organized a career development training with participants from the Turkish community. The main focus dedicated in preparation for the job market gave the proper attention to the formulation of the CV, the writing of a motivational letter and the practice of a job interview, whereby the participants voluntarily took the role of the employer and the applicanrt.

The knowledge I have gained during this training, expressing myself as a professional, will apply to compete in opportunities that will be offered either from university or other potential jobs. I am very pleased to have participated in this training. I believe that my participation and the society in such trainings will enable us to build a better future.

Career Development Training, from the aspect of raising knowledge by improving and completing our preliminary knowledge, was successful. Professional presentation motivatedus and in this regard we gained knowledge. We would like to join other activities when available.
