The importance of training for the Human Resources sector

???The success of enterprises depends from an efficient management of Human Resources. The percentage of these departments in our enterprises is not at a desired level. Thus, the importance of this training on Career Development is important for entrepreneur sector and for the youth in Kosovo. Especially, from this training will gain the repatriated from western countries as through this training will learn how to integrate themselves to the job market faster???- emphasizes Marigone Plakaj ??? lecturer of Human Resources subject.

Marigona was part of Training of trainers (ToT) organized by ECD in cooperation with Competence Centre in Prizren.
