Training participants emphasized that the information received during the training enriched their knowledge, especially in terms of preparation for the job market and career building.

Getoar Elshani: "In the ECD career development training in Prizren, I gained a lot of important knowledge I did not know before. This training gave me good immpressions as there were reviewed and explained topics that are very useful for all the youth with ideas of future employment. Lectures related to the formulation of a CV and motivation letters were quite clear and practical. Also, I will try to share this knowledges with others as I believe they are very necessary and valuable???
