Trainings are ongoing at the University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti”
03 October 2017
Taking into account the demand of the students, today ECD continued with the career development training at the University of Prizren. Participants besides exchanging past experiences about employment opportunities in the Kosovo job market, at the same time through this training they completed their knowledge in regard to the proper professional employment performance. Some of the repatriated participants from Germany showed interest in reintegration in all areas of life and especially easier access to the job market.
Erblinda Latifi
In 1999 we migrated to Germany, in the town of Heldensleben. For the time I lived in Germany and attending school I had the opportunity to learn German, which in fact helped me and opened many doors in the professional direction in Kosovo. Now, I am a student of the faculty of Education at the University of Prizren and luckily I had the opportunity to participate in the career development training, where I was informed through the social media. The training I think was very effective, especially the simulation of a job interview, an act that freed us from confusion and clarified the information for a proper job search, professional formulation of the CV and motivation letter, and the proper behavior at the interviewing process.
Mevlan Batusha
I am Mevlan Batusha, born in Krusha e Vogël. I am a student of computer science, software design and programming. I was twice in Germany through a student visa. During my stay there I learned German, and now it helps me in the professional life. I have returned to Kosovo to continue my studies which I lleft halfway. Personally I was part of the Career Development Training, organized by ECD. I was involved in group discussions, where we shared professional knowledge about a successful CV and the best possible motivational letter. All of participants received support for the improvement and realization of our ideas. I can conclude that this training is very necessary in our society.
Fitore Gashi
I am Fitore Gashi born in Prizren. I have been in Germany for 4 years since 1998 and there we had the opportunity to continue our life in the city of Bremen but we came back from Germany for personal reasons. After the return, I started studying at the faculty of Education at the University of Prizren, and today I had the opportunity to be part of the Career Development Training. This training is very appropriate given the difficulties and low opportunities for employment. Today I was motivated even more to continue with the realization of dreams and career goals.
