In the "Career Development" training, the participants were from professional Legal and Criminal Studies. Attendees exchanged their previous experiences in regard to the application and employment processes. From a theoretical and practical point of view, they emphasized that the training was very useful through which they managed to supplement their professional knowledge about the job market. The ongoing debate on career development challenges and opportunities significantly increased the active participation of attendees.

PremtimKolgeci, Criminologist: "The training has been professional because we have learned a lot of things we need for a near future in our professional journey. During the training, we also gained insights on how to express our professional skills. I am very pleased with the professional approach and training of the trainer. Trainings of this character I think are very necessary for the youth of Kosovo because they produce positive effects on the person's first preparation for the job application processes.
