"Initially, I am very grateful to the training organizers because thank to them now I am employed. I am a graduate teacher, and after the training I have opened the path for applications in different schools.In every school I applied I have sent the documents that were requested but I always attached a CV and a letter of motivation because thanks to the  training I learned for the importance of the mentioned documents. After the training, I applied for many jobs and I was invited to some interviews and now I am hired at the school, 'Dëshmorët e Hasit' 'in Kabash of Has. During the training I was given the opportunity to write a motivation letter which I have read in front of everyone.The reason I'm emphasizing this is because the practice and improvisation of the job interview with others has helped me a lot to achieve the success I have now. "
