EYCD Tackle Skills Gap with German Counseling instrument ProfilPASS in Kosova In an effort to address the persistent challenge of identifying and developing skilled workers, we are implementing a new strategy. Creation of a Cross-Border Network for Socio-Economic Sustainability through Nature Protection In continuation of its successful initiatives promoting sustainable environmental development, EYCD has implemented the project: "Creation of a Cross-Border Network for Socio-Economic Sustainability through Nature Protection." This project was carried out in partnership with FLAG (Albania) and the Agency of Protected Areas in Podgorica (Montenegro), with financial support from the Western Balkans Fund.

The "Take My Book to Know Me" project is a regional initiative supported by the READ - Regional Network for Cultural Diversity and Qendra Multimedia. This unique project has been funded by the European Union and implemented by Environment Youth Capacity Development (EYCD). The project led to the establishment of two open libraries in the multicultural cities of Kosovo. The books displayed in these libraries are accessible to everyone free of charge and offer a variety of topics from both local and international authors. The aim of this partnership is to: ? Reduce prejudice and promote interethnic understanding ? Break down social barriers created by historical divisions ? Promote respect for human dignity, rights, and freedoms
