ECD training with Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities

In the Career Development Training held today with participants from Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities, CV formulation, motivation letter and the behavior during a job interview were discussed. Interactivity and sharing of previous experiences during the training contributed to the exchange of information among the participants, which will help prepare for the follow up education and the job market.
"My name is Shahin Hafizallari. Before primary school completion, my family moved to Germany. We lived in the Bluabeuren town, near the city of Ulm. There I followed the classes, where I also learned German. I was also member of a football team. September of last year we returned to Kosovo. Now I am a student at Gjon Buzuku Gymnasium - Prizren. Today I am attending in career development training, where I got a lot of information in regard to my future building. I learned how to make a successful job application, proper CV formulation and strengthening of presentation skills in a job interview".
